Who are we
Pathway to Renewal Organisation is a grassroots, youth-led organisation founded by young people from the Nuba Region, dedicated to helping marginalized and underserved young people navigate the critical transition from secondary school into education, skills training, and meaningful work.
The Challenges
For many young people, completing secondary school marks the start of uncertainty rather than opportunity. Limited access to career guidance,
higher education information, financial support, and practical skills leaves students unsure of their next steps at a critical moment in their lives. Girls face additional barriers, including early marriage and exclusion from learning opportunities, while many young men lack safe, constructive pathways into livelihoods. Without support, this transition period becomes a time of risk and vulnerability — not growth.
Our Response
We create structured, youth-centered pathways that guide young people forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through education access, digital skills training, mentorship, and real world exposure, PRO ensures youth do not stop at Form Four but move forward equipped to build their futures.

Our Programs
Education Access Program
Guidance, counselling, and pathway planning for students completing Form Four. We support young people to identify suitable options and transition into higher education, vocational training, or career-aligned learning, with clear information, mentorship, and practical next steps.
Livelihoods Program
Hands-on training in digital skills and entrepreneurship, paired with real-world projects and mentoring. Young people build income-generating skills, gain work exposure, and develop the confidence and capabilities needed to create sustainable livelihoods.
