Digital Renewal Program
Youth progress through three structured stages under Digital Renewal, building from basic skills to job readiness.
Stage 1: Basic Digital Skills Training - Foundational Phase (3 Months)
This stage builds digital confidence and foundational skills needed to participate in further training and online work.
What the stage offers:
- Broad introduction to knowledge and skills (A–Z)
- Encourages exploration and curiosity
- Helps students discover passions and strengths
- Builds a strong learning foundation
- Prepares students for focused skill development
Stage 2: Advanced Digital Skills - Pathway Phase (6 Months)
Youth specialize in skill tracks and receive guided mentorship through project-based learning#

- Focus on one identified passion or strength
- Guided by trainers and coaches
- Emphasis on deep learning and skill refinement
- Develops discipline, consistency, and expertise
- Determines readiness for the next stage
Stage 3: Portfolio Development & Job Readiness - Thrive Phase (3 Months)
This stage focuses on preparing youth to access real income opportunities.

- Transition into real-world work and projects
- Hands-on experience with practical tasks or clients
- Training on CV writing and job search skills
- Emphasis on professional ethics and workplace readiness
- Produces independent, work-ready individuals
Livelihoods: Women Entrepreneurship
Alongside Digital Renewal, the program offers a dedicated entrepreneurship pathway for young women who prefer enterpreneurship options.
What the stage offers:
- Business idea development and validation
- Basic financial literacy and savings practices
- Small business management skills
- Market access and customer development
- Mentorship from women entrepreneurs
